Terms & Conditions
Appointment Deposits:
We require 50% deposit of all treatments in advance when booking effective August 2024 for both phone bookings and online bookings.
Our above strict cancellation policy is in place and the deposit will be withheld if you cancel within the cancellation period.
No-show appointments will be charged in full for all treatments booked.
Appointment Time
If you are late or haven’t filled in the consultation form that was emailed prior to your appointment, any lost time will be deducted from your treatment
Cancellation policy:
With all booking cancellations / rescheduling, to avoid losing your deposit, Monica Tolan The Skin Experts must be notified 48 hours in advance of the booking date and time. We are closed Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays so your cancellation must be made on the prior working day.
No Show appointments will be charged in full.
If you are on a course of treatments & cancel within the 24-hour period or do not show up for your appointment you will lose that treatment from your course or charged in full for the Treatment.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers issued in Ireland are valid for 5 years with the exception of some limited Special Offer Vouchers which may have an earlier expiry date due to promotional price / promotional Service.
UK issued vouchers are valid for 1 year.
We are not liable for Lost Vouchers.
Special Offers / Discounts / Reward Points:
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Course Purchase Terms & Conditions:
- Courses are offered at a discounted package price based on the client purchasing and completing the full course of treatments. The discounted course price does not apply to individual treatments taken separately.
- All courses are non-transferable and may only be used by the person for whom the course was originally purchased.
- Suitability for treatment is determined following consultation and throughout the course. We reserve the right to recommend that a course is changed or discontinued where continuing treatment is not considered clinically appropriate.
- Where a client does not complete their course for any reason, including sensitivity, reaction, scheduling difficulties or personal circumstances, the course discount will no longer apply. Any treatments already received will be recalculated at the standard individual treatment price applicable at the time the course was purchased.
- The value of treatments already received will then be deducted from the amount originally paid for the course. Cash refunds are not provided. Where a remaining balance is due to the client, this will be issued as a clinic credit note in accordance with our clinic policy.
- Credit notes are non-transferable and must be used within the original validity period of the course purchased.
- Discounted courses cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Where discounts or promotional codes are combined in error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the transaction and contact the client.
Course Validity:
- Laser Hair Removal Courses: 18 months from date of purchase
- Get Cute Facial Courses: 6 months from date of purchase.
- Get Cute Laser Courses: 18 months from date of purchase.
- All Other Courses: 12 months from date of purchase
Courses and associated credit notes must be used within the applicable validity period. Once expired, any unused treatments or remaining credit will be forfeited and cannot be extended.
By purchasing a course, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Course Purchase Terms & Conditions.
