Terms & Conditions

Appointment Deposits:

We require 50% deposit of all treatments in advance when booking effective August 2024 for both phone bookings and online bookings.

Our above strict cancellation policy is in place and the deposit will be withheld if you cancel within the cancellation period.

No-show appointments will be charged in full for all treatments booked.

Appointment Time

If you are late or haven’t filled in the consultation form that was emailed prior to your appointment, any lost time will be deducted from your treatment

Cancellation policy:
With all booking cancellations / rescheduling, to avoid losing your deposit, Monica Tolan The Skin Experts must be notified 48 hours in advance of the booking date and time. We are closed Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays so your cancellation must be made on the prior working day. 

No Show appointments will be charged in full.

If you are on a course of treatments & cancel within the 24-hour period or do not show up for your appointment you will lose that treatment from your course or charged in full for the Treatment.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers issued in Ireland are valid for 5 years with the exception of some limited Special Offer Vouchers which may have an earlier expiry date due to promotional price / promotional Service. 

UK issued vouchers are valid for 1 year.

We are not liable for Lost Vouchers.


Special Offers / Discounts / Reward Points:

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Courses:

  • Course purchases are offered at a preferential rate and are conditional on completion of the full course as purchased.
  • All courses are non transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.
  • Course suitability is determined following consultation. We reserve the right to advise against or discontinue a course where it is not clinically appropriate.
  • If a course is discontinued for any reason, including sensitivity, reaction, scheduling, or personal circumstances, promotional pricing no longer applies. Any treatment already received will be charged at the standard single treatment rate.
  • The remaining balance will be reconciled accordingly. Refunds are not issued. Any balance due will be provided as a credit note in line with clinic policy.
  • Credit notes are non transferable and must be used within the original course validity period.
  • Discounted courses cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Where multiple discounts are applied in error, the order will be cancelled and the client contacted.
  • Course expiry periods are as follows:
    • Laser Hair Removal Courses: 18 months from purchase
    • Get Cute Courses: 6 months from purchase
    • All other Courses: 12 months from purchase
  • Expired courses and credit notes are forfeited and cannot be extended.
  • By purchasing a course, the client confirms acceptance of these terms.
