Refund policy

At Monica Tolan's, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

Damaged Items

While our products are packed carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, on rare occasions damage may occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 working days. Please note that banks and card providers may take an additional 5–7 working days to return funds to your account.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been fulfilled or dispatched. Cancellation requests can be submitted through their customer account or by contacting our customer service team.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our returns policy.

Returns

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they are faulty or damaged.

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
